Work-Life Balance: Finding Harmony in a Busy World

Maintaining a healthy work-life balance can be challenging, even for the most organized individuals. This course explores the importance of balancing professional responsibilities with personal well-being. Participants will learn practical strategies and tools to improve daily productivity, reduce stress, and increase overall satisfaction at work and at home. By the end of the course, students will be better equipped to create a more fulfilling and sustainable lifestyle.

    2. Discover the key components of work-life balance.
    3. Learn strategies to improve work-life balance.
    4. Identify the role of technology in the work-life balance.
    5. Explore ways to create a supportive work environment.
    6. Discover ways to overcome common challenges.
    7. Understand how to measure work-life balance and the actions you can take to create a better balance.

  • One-time payment – Pay the full class price upfront.

  • Payment plan – Split your payments into 3-, 6-, or 9-month installments ($30 to set up, no interest).

  • Employer sponsorship – Your employer may fund your training as part of a workforce development or upskilling initiative - ask them today!
