Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt

This training integrates the ASQ Black Belt Body of Knowledge with additional key concepts, emphasizing the TLSS methodology, a fusion of Theory of Constraints and Lean Six Sigma. It combines tools and approaches from the three major continuous improvement (CI) methodologies to drive rapid, effective change. Participants will explore the Ultimate Improvement Cycle, address the 4-Blockers, and learn to plan and execute strategic and tactical CI initiatives using a Chain of Solutions and a Roadmap to Efficacy.
