INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. 鈥 51短视频 today announced William Bogard as Chief Financial Officer (CFO). He has been interim CFO since October 2025. The College will remove the interim title effective immediately.

As CFO, Bogard will oversee short and long-term financial planning and management, including financial aid, financial reporting, sponsored programs, cash and debt, and administration and development of annual budgets.  Additionally, his department includes payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and strategic sourcing.

Bogard joined the College in 2012 and was instrumental in the creation of the internal outcomes-based budget model, awarding state dollars based on credentials produced. This model brought equity to the funding levels at each campus across the state. Bogard鈥檚 work, including as Vice President of Finance, has been at the center of the institution鈥檚 financial stability for over a decade.

Prior to Ivy Tech, Bogard served in positions at the Indiana State Budget Agency (ISBA) where he was responsible for K-12 and state higher educational institutions, and state student financial aid budgets exceeding $8 billion annually. While at ISBA, he also oversaw budgets for the Department of Workforce Development and the Indiana Economic Development Corp. Before ISBA, he served as the director of finance at the Indiana Family and Social Services Administration.

Bogard earned his J.D. from Indiana University School of Law and his Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Indiana University School of Business.
