Pay Range: $49,000 - $53,000
- Communicate financial aid information and opportunities available to students and prospective students at the College.
- Advise students (both on and off campus) on the financial aid process and assist with the completion of forms.
- Coordinate campus scholarship programs.
- Collect and review verification documents for financial aid files
- Develop and implement financial aid workshops.
- Be proficient in Banner Software.
- Determine financial aid eligibility and package aid.
- Monitor and enforce Standards of Progress.
- Conduct all activities within the established guidelines of the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA).
- Maintain student financial aid files.
- Process financial aid information forms for external agencies.
- Counsel students on the loan process.
- Serve as a representative of the office at open houses and other college events.
- Assist office with training staff.
- Demonstrated knowledge of veterans’ education benefits and related regulations.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a business discipline or public administration.
- Minimum of three years of financial aid experience and one year of supervisory experience required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with financial aid information systems preferred.
